We have been providing our CRM and related products almost three decades in Japan and we strongly believe our CRM, especially for the contact center CRM is very solid and deliver best practice operations to all users in ASEAN countries.
We have been learning and acknowledged contact center operations in ASEAN countries, there are similarity and differences in each local countries, but essence and key major KPI are same. Based on this objective, we believe our nurtured CRM which initiated contact center operations practice, will contribute to improve your operations efficiency and visualize to monitor as well as bring the joyful atmosphere into your contact center environment.
Nowadays, necessary channel for contact center are dynamically and dramatically changed due to the diversity of society as well as advanced technology. By alignment toward this momentum, we have been always challenging to adapt into new technology such as OMNI channel demand, Chatbot demand, Social Voice collection reflecting into ticket management. Also together with our partners, we are going to build up a unique and “Only One Product & Solution”, we will accelerate our market dominance and establish a firm position in the market leveraging our long and refined track record in Japan as a “Made In Japan” qualified product and service.
